- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all brand tags and luxury packaging intact.

2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement before the garment is cut or dispatched. Once dispatched, the order follows our standard 7-day return procedure upon delivery.
3. Custom Measurement Pieces
For custom-tailored gowns crafted to specific body measurements provided by the customer, we offer complimentary tailoring alterations if adjustments are needed.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned parcel is received at our facility (B 140, Pebble Bay, Phase 2, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462043) and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Online UPI / Cards: Refunded directly to the original payment source/bank account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking cycles.
- Store Credit / Replacement: Issued immediately upon verification for instant exchange.
